Is hypnosis dangerous?

Nope. Hypnosis is 100% safe. You’re always in control and aware of what’s happening. It’s just a natural, focused state of mind where positive change is easier.

Will I be asleep 😴 during hypnosis?

Not at all. You’ll feel relaxed, maybe even deeply chilled out, but you’ll still hear me the whole time. Most people say it feels a lot like daydreaming.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?

Everyone can, as long as they actually want to. If you can follow instructions and imagine simple things, you can experience hypnosis. It’s not about being “weak-minded” but about being open to the process.

How many sessions will I need?

99% of people quit in one session. The real issue is what happens after. Most don’t work through their deeper stuff. I didn’t either the first time I got hypnotized. I did one session and quit, but then just sat at home expecting life to magically fix itself. A few months later, I slipped back into smoking. That’s why the full program exists. It’s not just about quitting, it’s about staying free.

Will I lose control or reveal secrets 🤭?

I wish, haha 😂 If hypnosis made people lose control, I’d be driving a Ferrari right now with your bank details. You’re totally safe.

Is hypnosis like stage hypnosis?

Nope. You won’t be barking or clucking like a chicken 🐔. That’s just show stuff. What I do is the real deal, helping you cut cravings and sort out the deeper stuff that keeps you stuck.
